I am a new customer, how do I place an order?(Step by step instructions)
1. Log In: Select "Your Account" on the top right section of our web site. If you already have an account with us, you may then log in using your e-mail address and password. If you do not have an account, you can create one now!
Note: Signing up for a customer account is free of charge and there is no obligation to buy. View our privacy policy.
Once you have a customer account, you can:
View your order history
Make shopping easier and quicker
View all your order information
Edit any shipping or billing information before the order ships
Add or remove items from orders before they ship
View information about you returned orders
View account balance
Add or edit payment method
Add or edit shipping address
Apply or view gift card balance
View account credit history
Update name and e-mail
Change password
Your account is the most important tool you are provided with on our website. Your account lets you have complete control over your orders and personal information.
2. Search: After you have logged into your customer account, you may then begin shopping. You can find products by the following methods:
Searching by: Keyword, Title, Artist/Author, UPC/ISBN, Music Books or DVD/Video
Viewing products by categories such as "Rock" or "Gospel"
View products by popularity, title, price, or release date
View products under categories such as "Bestsellers", "New Releases", "Pre-Orders", or "Bonus Offers"
3. Details about a Product: Once you have found a product you are interested in, you can click the product image, title or "details" button for more information on that particular item. Similar/variable products may be listed by the original product.
4. Add Items: When you have decided on a product to purchase, click the "Order Now" or "Pre-Order" button to add the item to your shopping cart. Your cart may be viewed at any time during the shopping process by simply clicking "View Cart" located in the top right corner of our web site.
5. Your Shopping Cart: Placing items in your cart does not obligate you to buy. You may add/remove items at any time while shopping.
6. Right Quantity? If you would like to make changes in the quantity of a product you are buying, simply replace the number in the box labeled "QTY" and click "Update Changes". This will automatically update your shopping cart information.
7. Continue To Checkout: When all items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart, press "Continue To Checkout" to complete your purchase.
8. Billing & Shipping Information: On the proceeding pages, you may adjust your payment and shipping information before finalizing your order.
9. Sending A Gift? If you are sending someone a gift you may choose to send a gift packing slip that does not show an order total. You may also choose to add a gift message!
10. Ready to process? When all changes are made and your order is correct, click "Process Order" to finalize your purchase.
11. Order completed: Once your order has been processed, you will be sent to the final page in the ordering process. On this page, you will be shown your order number. You also may view your order summary, track your order status, edit shipping and gift options, print a receipt or view Your Account.
12. Where do I go from here? Once your order has been completed, you may then browse our site for more special promotions and sales or view/update your order information.
Can I order by phone or fax?
Yes! One of our goals here is to make the process of placing an order as easy and convenient as possible for you.

Do you charge sales tax?
For orders being shipped to states outside of Tennessee, we do not charge sales tax. However, for all orders shipped to a Tennessee address, we are required to charge sales tax at the rate of 9.25%.
What are my payment options?
We offer several different payment options through our secure online checkout system. The following options are available:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you of your order shipment no matter which method of payment you choose. If paying with a credit/debit card, your card will not be charged until your order releases to our warehouse for shipment. For money orders, your order will ship once payment has been received. What is my order status?
You may view your order status at any time by visiting Your Account and clicking on the links located under Orders & Tracking.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, you will immediately receive an email confirming that your order has been received. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped. You may also visit Your Account to verify your order placement and to view order details.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit or debit/check card will not be charged until your order is prepared to be shipped. However, if your order contains a pre-ordered item or an item that had to be special ordered, you will be charged when the product is ordered from the manufacturer. For pre-orders, this is usually 7-14 days before the release date. Click here to view our privacy policy and how we keep your information secure.
What if an item is "On Order" or "Manufacturer Backorder"?
We work hard here to keep our database and in-stock quantities as up-to-date as we can. However, occasionally an item may be on 'backorder' from the manufacturer, publisher or record label. If you place an order for a product that is on backorder, your card will not be charged until your item is ready to ship from our warehouse. You may also cancel a backorder at any time before order shipment.
How do I order a product that has not yet released?
Under our pre-order section you are able to find many unreleased items that are available to pre-purchase. You can place an order for a pre-order item just as you would for a regular purchase by ordering through our secure online checkout system, by phone or by using our fax order form.
Due to distribution & record label rules, your order will ship on or around the scheduled release date. If you have additional items you are interested in purchasing along with a pre-order item, please keep in mind that all items in your order will ship simultaneously when the last pre-order item is made available. After you have placed an order you may update your shipping options by visiting Your Account.
How do I place a bulk order?
If you are interested in placing a large order through our site, we can provide you with FREE UPS Ground Shipping plus extra discounts on bulk orders!
